SAP Smart Form

The SAP Smart Form Builder is one of the tools to create business letters in most modules of SAP software. There are configuration aspects to assigning the correct form for a certain correspondence transaction. When creating a new Smart Form, you would normally copy an existing standard form and customize the form via standard editing options, such as adding or deleting master data fields or transactional data fields.
The key to determine whether a Smart Form can be easily created according to users’ requirements is to check if the required data fields are available for addition.
